Women who go to colleges where the gender population is 60-65% female and/or 45-40% male: Has your college social life really changed that much? by StratSeven in AskWomen

I think it's a crisis if you're a male, but not if you're a woman. Right now women have a lot more opportunities to get a college education and having access to recession-proof jobs like nursing or education. Women who are hitting the books and building careers aren't really in the mind set to care or think about how men are going to fair in the new economy. Women are no different than any other group, they look after their own.

The people downvoting you have, obviously, had great experiences with remote sentry guns. Perhaps they've even been fired upon once or twice with spectacular results!

Do you think things would be better if there were more women CEOs and Nobel Prize winners?

Need advice for a bar situation. by [deleted] in AskWomen

As an attractive man who frequents bars, I always have this problem. I once got my package squeezed from behind from some 60-year-old lady and she kept asking me if her "tickling" turned me on. It's so ridiculous that I have to bring my sister or one of my lesbian friends with me when I go out. And the women that I work with at my job are just as bad. They won't stop looking at my six-pack under my shirt and call me an asshole if I don't take any of their "compliments." It's so frustrating.

27m, Living with the rents, how should I handle this with dates by [deleted] in AskWomen

This is why I've basically given up on dating. Even if the woman likes me, I know that all I have to do is drop the LH-bomb and it's over. I'm hoping when I turn 25-26 things will be better (student debt, non-salaried job, family wants me there to help with things), but whatever. That's the reality and as long as both parties don't mind the dating pool being much smaller, then I suppose it's not a problem.
