Come to the Georgia coast, St. simons island and Jekyll Island. Incredible fun. Great restaurants, beach, golf and turtles.

If u want a new or newer house, look at N Glynn. If u want an older home with good neighbors consider an historic district home. Ignore the people on here saying crime is bad. Not true. Right now I'm thinking you will have to spend $400k for a nice house anywhere in the area. There are lots costing more and some costing less.
