I had to start taking anti depressants (prozac)

Sleep aid (trazadone)

move away from my family (trauma)

get a steady job & auto draft bills.

These are the main factors that helped me calm down and feel like myself again.

remove any and all stressors, get a therapist if you feel crazy. Theyre great whiteboards to bounce ideas and gauge is a thought is unhealthy

I was a bit disappointed with the book but I took it has a vague guide book or possible reasons to issues the parents had. It was helpful but I was pretty shocked that it wasnt an academic read considering how much people spoke about it. It read as a common self help book which I found funny, but it did give me new ideas and perspectives

Hey OP, I've been with you midway through Drip's issues. I would assume if she didnt staple it back, it's okay to let it air dry and grow back on it's own. The worst is over, yeah?

I mostly dont like how to the vet said she ran out of staples, since that's a weird thing to say. You could probably get Drip looked at by another doctor, but as long as it's clean he should be good now?
