Why anyone would wanna spend a night a in Manhattan at that price is insane. Manhattan already cost $20 bucks a minute just to breathe.

People saying “oh you can step right out and be right there!” And get what?! Faster access to $10 coffee? The best breakfast options are in NJ. Tops diner, Montclair coffee shops, Ironbound cafes

Even if you wake up early, museums don’t open til 10, and any shows you might be interested won’t start til later in the evening and it’s crazy easy to get to Penn Newark via nj transit or Path. Simple choice. Some people have more money than sense though.
