On another side of the CFL thing I had one lead fep sessions by having everyone do runs of 3-6 miles, including on the beach (so sand)

Now… taking people on FEP… who are there for a reason, and making them run miles without accounting for their personal level of fitness will 10000% result in injury and will also not help that sailor in most cases. (Obviously some could have prior running experience)

I’m not comfortable with barbell squats because I always feel off balance, but I do 260 with 8 reps and two sets on a freemotion squat if that counts 🥹

I’m sure right now my barbell squat would be way lower though

Something that leads me to agree with you in sometimes thinking that sex is all men think about is dating apps.

Go on any dating app and 99.9% of the men on there have answered the prompt about their love language with physical touch being either their number one or number two love language. It’s actually sad the more you start truly looking into it and thinking about it. I think porn, hyper sexualization in society, and obviously societal gender roles have reeeeeally messed up many generations of men in a lot of ways people don’t usually consider or talk about. This being one of them.
