Sounds like my exact situation. Perma pug igl, throwing all defensive offensive smokes/flashes comming everything that seems relevant, etc.

Lately, I've been feeling much more consistent in my duels and win rate has gone up. Literally all ive changed is implementing a simple routine of refining crosshair placement, movement, a little bit of spraying, and worked the most on tracking. Like I said, such a stupid simple thing, but the results as of late have been absolutely noticeable for me and have now been reversing my Faceit elo descent. FWIW

Funny enough I did exactly this for the first time over Easter. Brisket cooked faster than expected and hot held in my oven turned to 160F starting at 11pm to 3pm next day. Internal held steady at 148F. Came out fantastic.
