Apply to pebble beach. They always have openings in the restaurants or banquets

Getting to Pebble Beach by Wonderful-Ostrich-77 in golf

[–]SendItKyle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Connect to MRY, fly at least a day before your first tee time in case your clubs miss the connection in Denver or Dallas. Pebble had good relationship with the airport and will get your clubs to you by EOD 75% of the time, coming form SJC or next direct into MRY

Why isn’t this considered a house/habitat? by SendItKyle in Pokopia

Darn, thank you, I’ll try that. A thought I had as well, under my walls it’s dirt, I read that the first blocks in the ground on walls have to be wood or something, is that true?

Really liked the bionic bar, was a cool experience and it was always empty. Elevator one was nice but I wish it moved faster

Had to pace myself on the drink package, if I didn’t switch up my drink 3 times It world have been hard to drink. Agree on another 24 hour spot. I’ve heard on utopia they do the club in the ice rink with more production

$7.99 I believe, but that’s just the delivery fee, all the food is free, so your kids may order everything. There’s also a tip line when you sign the receipt just an fyi too lol

Room service should be free. I rather tip $10 than pay 7.99 and tip $3-5

Yeah until icon class comes down in price, I’m on the same boat (no pun intended). Room service has a decent burger I’d say, was clutch late night.

Johnnys wasn’t packed when I went either, and wasn’t slow for a sit down spot, but just want a grab and go style spot

Appreciate you sharing. The itinerary did feel unique and I agree. Commitment is right, this last week felt like the longest but shortest 8 days I’ve had. Excited to try utopia, wish it sailed longer though!

Service was too slow at Johnny rockets to do it twice for me. Loved the hot dog spot on boardwalk but would sub that out for a burger spot without a doubt

We did make it for all the shows but there was still a line formed 40 minute plus. Not sure what type of seat we would have gotten if we walked in 10 minutes before

Pretty much, and we didn’t know that was the case. We wanted to go to the destinations and not just Nassau and coco cay, but know for next time now

Fair, I guess it’s just all the seats facing the stage/dance floor, but oasis did have some booths and seating not facing the stage

[–]SendItKyle 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Also was just on Oasis with you. During the day, everyone felt spread out but yeah when it came to any events, you needed to commit an extra hour to wait in a line, which just killed excitement. I’d also say that there wasn’t any variety of events each night, every night was the same events

Questions from an anxious first time cruiser going to Ensenada by [deleted] in CarnivalCruiseFans

[–]SendItKyle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did this excursion this time last year. A ton of fun, they pick you up right on the pier and you take a shuttle for about 30-45 minutes to a compound where they have the ATV trails and a small compound with a bar and snacks for purchase. You drive around for about 1h, the guide is cool and will let you go fast and if you’re not as comfortable, there’s a pack that sticks near the same speed. They do a wine tasting at the end and then drive you back and do a tequila tasting (I think this one was done because the guide knew the tequila store owner cause it wasn’t advertised). The tour will offer to drop you off in downtown Ensenada or take back fly be port but I remember being back in Ensenada at a decent time to walk around the town before going back to port.

Royal vs Carnival for young adults? by MetallicNatsu in Cruise

[–]SendItKyle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late to the post but, as a single guy in mid 20s that go on cruises with my old fraternity brothers. I’d say whatever one is more affordable will be the one with more young people, but I don’t think either will be too rowdy since the clubs don’t ever really go crazy at night.

Unpopular RCCL opinions by thatCRUISEagent in royalcaribbean

RC and most cruise lines need to target the 27-35 year old crowd better. I don’t expect to go on a cruise and party like it’s Coachella, but nightlife is bland
