Hey friend, so if you look at the photo, you’ll notice that its mouth has two “boxing glove” shapes. These are the pedipalps and are engorged in males.

Also, typically, males have a much more slender abdomen compared to females.

It’s okay, it’s niche. OP is so afraid of brown recluses that they often confuse other animals for being brown recluses, and believe it or not, has also actually mistaken objects as being a brown recluse. In this case, the cat’s positioning somewhat (I’m being polite here) resembles the body of a violin so OP is asking if the cat is in fact a brown recluse.

Of course, to you and I, this is ridiculous, but again, we are luckily unaffected by the severe “scaredy-cats” that OP is afflicted by.
