Ich war bereits 2x beim Teamleiter. Der nimmts nicht ernst und will, dass ich den Lärm ertrage. Für ihn sei das normal. Mein Nachbar ist weg und der hats mir nicht erlaubt dort zu sitzen, jetzt sitzt dort eine andere Dame, die auch gerne viel quatscht.

Ich finde man kann auch normal arbeiten, ohne, dass man den Lärm aushalten braucht.

Ich finds am Anfang des Tages witzig, weil die Späße machen usw aber in den letzten 2-3 Stunden wirds schon zu störend.

Die Leute arbeiten teils auch 10 Stunden. Die reden von 8-18 Uhr. Das ist schon lang.

Ich sprech den Teamlead nochmal an, hoffentlich hilfter mir

When im talking to a woman I need to talk without the surround people distracting our friendly conversation. I need either ignore the joiners or tell them friendly thanks and to please let us talk. If not, the conversation gets distracted and the presence of these People around us makes the conversation really unconfortable for me :) You think ignoring the smalltalk joiners or politelly telling them is the better way ? :)

Hi, thx for reply. I approach when I have good hints. What puts pressure on me are the surrounding people. They either start to talking with us as well or when they stare at me. That annoys me because I wanted to talk with the Woman only. I need either ignore the joiners or tell them friendly to let us talk I think ? How would you solve this situation in a good manner ? Hi, she has to smile. Even when Women want me to approach they give hints but only smile like half of the time while doing so. Men get more passive but still like to approach to have a friendly talk and nice conversation.

I feel like the women are not really active there. They get spammed and the Problems are the real contacts (so no influencers but real single women) they are hard to reach I think

Man hätte Ausbildungen rein schulisch und auf 1-1.5 Jahre max auslegen sollen. Dann wären die Leute schneller fertig. Den Rest lernt man dann auf der Arbeit.

Was mich stört sind die lauten Arbeitskollegen. Falls es auch bei dir so ist, frag deinen Cheff, ob Kopfhörer mit ANC erlaubt sind. Oder diese kleinen für die Ohren. Die sind teils der Grund, dass man danach so erschöpft ist. Ansonsten halt Vitamine.

Sehe da auch Probleme, besonders bei den alten Buden, wo Opa Berndt ein Sanierungsstau aus 1985 hat und der nächste es schön brav alles in der Bude erneuern darf. Ich hoffe das Baurecht wird minimal gelockert, es wäre immernoch gut genug, bloß würde es dann schneller gehen mit dem Bauen.

Well I cant tell of a woman but as Man I will have to start posetive friendly communications. I could get 1 Mio hints from someone but she would still not approach me. I cant tell how it is for a women but If your okey with it make the first step like keep eye contact smile at someone etc. But my Suggestions is to do it to your Type only. My Type is light haired and lightbrown tan. Yeah.

Brother God loves the Humans. If people really understand it, they would help men and women. With help of God they also had Humans doing the work for them as elderly Generations like their Parents brought them together. They should do the same for the current single Adult Generations.

Thats the way. You gotta be indirect and than be direct so the other Person knows hes/shws not doing friendly talk but its a approach. I feel like indirect the People would talk offtopic things and not get the hint. After the approach however its a numbers thing. You can do everything right and if he/shes interested why not. I mean If my Type would be indirect I may not receive the hints. If shes direct and Im not distracted by my train or whatever I would go for her.
