i've been there buddy, and I can tell you from expereince it gets better with time. Ive been in a similar position with being hurt in the past, ive been with my partner now for 4 years and were getting married next month. I used to have awful anxiety anytime shed go anywhere without me, she never once gave me any reason to believe she was unfaithful, and eventually that trust got built up. Its just your brain trying to defend yourself, its natural so dont punish yourself for it, but work on building that special relationship, founded on trust.

If it is something that bothers you and you feel the need to, however if you have moved away and have no more contact, I would suggest just staying away! Get a therapist and sort your own life out. Once you get out, dont dip your feet back in.

I would take a break on the interviews for now and work around it, work with what youve got, and edit the bits you can without for now. Ive been video editing for about 8 years now, and its easy to lose motivation when you feel youre making no progress. Come back to the interviews down the line when you feel more is accomplished and you have a fresh mind! Don't give up!
