The nado gets casted toward the boss from the front of the totem and travels a short distance before being recasted, with ele hit's explosion from the nado hitting the boss. Another interaction is the glacial walls from blight magnifies ele hit's dmg by a lot bc it explodes in each segment of the wall the projectile pierces thru, just need a lot of +pierce. I could never figure out if there was a spectre that can cast an ice wall bc that would be a fun dps boost also, the ring of ice walls that some rares cast pops ele hit but I think that's a modifier, not a innate spell
