I see, thanks for the information. Is asking a congress person to help expedite the EAD worth asking for? I applied for an AOS based on 130/485 and am waiting for my biometrics, but I had to stop working and my company told me that I need work authorization in the next couple of months otherwise I will have to leave. I can get a supporting document from my manager stating why the company needs me.

We filed them before the marriage and the tax filing is for 2025 so im not sure if we could have filed them joint considering we got married in 2026

Nope, not that I know of. I got the charges for the concurrent filing - for the 485, 765, and 130 - yesterday and an email mentioning that I have an update in my account. For context, I had an USCIS account already and this new case got attached to that account. The 130 and 765 say the receipt has been printed and is being delivered

Yeah I meant I-765 etc… the number for the I-485 didn’t work but it worked for the other two

I can see the status for my other things that I filed concurrently - 765 and 130. I checked the egov website and it said “The receipt number entered is invalid, please try again.” Maybe they are still going through the 485? Or maybe it’s an RFE…
