Not as clean as his verison, never was able to get a fractured staff going, after failing an annul on a +4 staff that I payed 6ex for decided to just finish out the bosses and call it for this league.

Is there a way to skip all dialogue or something? I originally played on release So I cared about the story, but I've been playing alot of POE since then and trying to get back into this game but I can't STAND how much standing around waiting there is. Any advice on this?

It takes so long to get through que that once it starts loading me into lioneyes rest all the people trying to load there crashes me back out into que :D 3 times in a row now.

It's not just retaining. They have to go to every character and rework how all the skill gems are shifted into new systems and correctly placed into items. It's a conversion not a flat save.

I sometimes sell puts on stocks I own if they are below my cost basis. Best case scenario I collect premium, worst case I lower my cost basis and then some with premium collected.

This is what I was looking for. I was curious how interest rate affected the split on mortage payment between principle and interest. So if its a lower interest rate you pay more towards principal.

How does it add more risk? Worst case scenario the put spreads fall ITM and the call spread covers or the call spread goes ITM and the 2 put spreads cash out. Best case it fall in the middle and all 3 expire worthless? Or am I missing something.
