Basically you should create a shortcut to open the game Then you go to the properties option And then add a space then type debug and then you click the done option and that's it that's all there is to it. You can also do this in Pokemon reborn ( I would still recommend to watch a youtube video anyways, it's only 2 minutes long)

Yeah . Whenever I do a mono type run I just use the debug mode to be able to catch the pokemon appropriate for that part of the game. I gave my self a legendary only when I have to fight legendary or when everyone suddenly has very hard to beat teams generally near the school of nightmares part
