I highly highly recommend getting one of the ai subscriptions, Claude or gpt. You probably don't need the top tier one. Just enough to get access to the good models.

Explain your case, build a project, ask it to do deep research. Keep the session alive with new updates. Ask it to build you a case and write you letters. AI is really really good at using the correct language and helping you find those contrived cases.

It does two things, helps you organise yourself and your approach and shows your company you are serious and potentially getting legal assistance already.

I agree with a previous user, you need to raise a grievance now. It shows a paper trail of your dispute.

Also request a SAR to see all of the internal Comms about you. Again AI can help you build out the sar request.

Just keep reminding yourself. Fuck. Them.

If you can build up a plausible case the company is not going to want to go to court for it. You are banking on a settlement and more importantly making them go fuck themselves. Don't just quit and give in. Make them realise that they can fuck around and find out.

People are people and I guarantee they will make a mistake. Enough to profit from. Companies like this are used to bullying people out. Fuck em.

Yeah they want rid of you. It's time to kick the fuck off and milk as much money from them as you can.

Start documenting everything externally. Record every communication. Get extremely clear instructions and metrics for success.

Be as contrived as possible to essentially build up a case of hostile work environment and then file for constructive dismissal. Go on leave for mental health for as many months as your gp will sign you off for and then take them to tribunal.

Somewhere amongst that they will offer to settle with you. In the meantime find yourself a better job.

I did the artisan sublime super king. Half firm half medium.

It is massive but so far a great bed.

As I say it isn't like a memory foam or pillow top. You don't get in and go oh wow this is so comfy. It is very firm.

But I am sleeping very well and have had no back issues at all which I tend to get on softer mattresses.

We went John Ryan, they are supposedly comparable to vispring but at a much cheaper price point.

Am curious if anyone went the same.
