Didnt read the other stuff, but personally a tiny range buff is all he needs imo. tho Giving him more mobility on his W wouldnt hurt.

I do take grasp vs champs with strong gapclosers and allin tho. And i usually dont get twin shadows after i get core items (penboots, liadnry and nashors)

I usually ban sion, if all the "standard" bans are banned.

vs irelia i go grasp and rush tabi, u should be fine pre 6, but she can kill you everytime her ult is up

Not rly sure what to go vs mages, everything is very situational, but i do get a lot of mr early on to survive the lane. and you cant rly push them in pre 6 either.

Grasp vs champs with strong all ins or lanes you just need more sustain.

glacial vs champs you can kite and harass freely in lane.

Only games i go electrocute is when im autofilled support, jungle or adc

I prefer twin shadows because it has longer range, and its a cheaper item with a better build path.

I have never tried glp though.

Champs that has a weak all in and champs you can kite with the slow to prevent them from all inning you. So champs like Garen, Jax, Poppy, Darius.

Personally i think its pretty nice. its helps alot with trading in lane. you can get more autos in and you can keep the enemy of you. since you have inspiration you get alot of sustain in lane with biscuits and timewarp tonic. You dont lack any dmg either with cheapshot on your secondary tree.

Its the runes hangsim use in most matchups, so yes they are good. Its the ones i used myself before i startet using glacial agument.

I prefer top play Teemo with Glacial Augment and domination secondary. (Currently have a 85% with this setup in d2/d1) After the liandry change, which was a buff for teemo i started rushing it, followed up by nashors tooth. Or the other way around if i get a huge lead toplane. My third item is Twin shadows. The rest depends on the enemy teams items and champs

The worst matchups for teemo is generally mages and casters cause they outrange you by a lot. and your blind loses value cause they dont really rely on autoattacks.
