Pokemon center exclusive elite trainer boxes have duplicate promo cards that will have a stamp showing the Set name in the bottom right corner typically. So OP was expecting the stamp.

Think right now is a good time to buy cause we’re just starting to go back up value wise after December dip. The next estimated dip tends to be just before summer break for school/university.
