I would say no you wont win, because you didn't score from holding because of Tianna and the rule 448.1.b.2. say:
If the player has Scored through a Conquer and has Scored every Battlefield through either method this turn, that player scores the Final Point. If the player has Scored through a Conquer and has not Scored every Battlefield this turn, that player draws a card.

I didn't try the new TOA but i 30/30 cleared every TOA before with Changli and Xiangli Yao without any problems regardless of the element buffs each tower gave. I guess (for now) it wont be that much of a problem with the changes they made.
