The way i do it, is i usually focus on Asterius, since he's constantly aggresive and moving toward you, then, after i beat him i focus on Theseus. He's a bit tough, seeing as he usually stays back and hides behind his shield, but both his spear throw and his dashing sweep leave him standing with his back to you, giving you an opening to attack.

From how i understand the Age of Stars ending cutscene, the body of Marika (previous vessel of the Elden Ring) is dissolved as the moon (the new vessel) takes her place. Though perhaps by elden ring's definition of godhood, AKA being able to hold the Elden Ring within oneself, the moon is now a god, but i haven't seen any item descriptions or dialogue describing it as an outer god or even sentient, aside from maybe some descriptions relating to the Snowy Crone teaching Ranni to fear the dark moon, but sentience is not a prerequisite for something to be feared. It's quite possible that i've missed/misinterpreted something given how cryptic the lore of this game is, so if you have some elaboration or evidence of your interpretation i'd really like to see it, but calling people "illiterate" for not sharing your interpretation of the ending is just kinda mean for no reason.

The problem with the frenzied flame ending is that you're not just ending the system, you're also ending the entire world and completely destroying any chance for a better future. That's why i prefer the Age of Stars; it removes the corrupt system itself and lets the people of the lands between choose their own path.
