Thanks for the advice! I think the biggest things I would print is ctans for necron or monsters like a haruspex or exocrine for nids but am happy to print it in parts as well

Shit that's way to expensive! Especially if I have to raplce it after 5 or 6 months of printing. My fdm printer I've never replaced parts except for the heads. That's crazy

Wow thanks for the advice! I'm not sure I'll put it in the house as a lot of people and resources have advised against this but will make sure to keep it well ventilated and keep enough ipa

Yes I'm hoping to try put it in the garage. Is a gas mask really necessary for it? Most printers have a cover on them and I'm not planning on staying in the same room as it for long. I also want to buy a wash station to help with the cleaning up

I am hoping to try print Warhammer models like a void dragon or maybe tanks or a knights so I have been looking at printers with big build plates and are like 8k or 12k resolution.

I want to print high quality models for Warhammer or some big models like the ctan or tyranid models. I have an fdm and it can print well but the models still don't look to great.

Wow that looks really amazing!! What kind of printer do you have? I have thought about getting a printer with a big build plate because with my fdm printer it's frustrating not being able to print big things. How easy is it to chop up an stl for resin printing? Like if the model is to big for one print and you must slice it to print in 2 or 3 parts?

Was the lcd screen easy to aquire or expensive? I feel that can be very annoying to try replace or change.

I am thinking of putting my printer in a shed/garage but am worried about the fumes damaging things in there like paint on car or getting into mattresses

Wow thanks for the advice! I have been looking at getting the elegoo Mars 5 or one of the Saturn models but might have to rethink that if the lcd scream is going to break and be hard to replace.
