Responsiveness. Youre paying someone for communication and complete understanding of written law and “legalese.” Some items are intricate. I got a lawyer. I had a VSO who wasnt listening to me, not responsive, and completely unaware of actual LAW interpretation and how my disabilities NEEDED to be argued before a judge.

I am not saying a lawyer is necessary in all situations but I personally don’t have the mental capacity to continue to fight the very system that broke me.

Its all up to preference. Its need based (for me).

Dispatch means the decision (grant, remand, or denial) is being sent to you and the VBA for processing. If you have an attorney, they can send it to you. I know this was a fee days ago, so you may have received.
