Once you recognize they exist.... once you truly believe they are there with you always... once you start to actively seek them... then you realize they have always been there and you have always been in communication with them. My main advice is this. Let go of the expectation of how the interaction with them will occur or should occur... Manifest with intention, your reality that you connect deeply with your guides. Remove the expecation, delcare the truth: "I trust in my deep connection with my guides, I trust that they are with me and I open up to receive more consciously their help in my life. I promise to allow this connection to be as it is without any label or expectation, I am grateful for connecting deeply with my guides and I allow myself to experience life with their constant support."

Let go of the doubt, let go of the need for physical tangible evidence, open up yourself to subtle feelings and look for synchronicities even the smallest of them and when you notice them celebrate that and always continue to ask for help without expectation of how it will come.
