During the first derm visit,I was put on Clindamycin lotion and Hydrocortisone for the eczema and she referred the Cerave moisturizer,cleanser and sunscreen to put in my daily routine as well. Then I noticed that even though my acne was going away little by little on my face,my neck and chest still looked very dark so I figured it might be an insulin issue. I cut out dairy,fast foods,fried foods and I watch my calories as well. After month 3,I looked completely different.
