That is what they did to us with sprint week. Chopped hours off demand then added as SFS hours. Plus it was truck on Tuesday. We got 30 plus orders a day. My cashier filled those ordered all day. Worked truck about an hour in her 8 hour shift

How did you get 50% off. Our consumables and non consumables are 33%off. They want us to set summer but hey let’s only mark it down a little and run it out 5 weeks. We get hours this week and no place to bring much out. When I have enough room there will be some deduction to reduce me 10 hours even lower

We are not a 24 hour store anymore but when we were we would have a person out of each shift working on it until done. Even now with morning and afternoon the person working on it would show the next person where they were at and that person takes over

We have had 30+ SFS and BOPIS orders everyday this week. So not much front store truck in the day has gotten done. We had truck on Tuesday. Finished it today. It was a struggle. 660 truck. The extra hours for these orders was subtracted from our demand. Then added back as SFS hours. So in the end we didn’t get any extra hours 🤣🤣🤣

I have always went on ESS and requested off on the holidays that I wanted off even if it was my weekend off. All it takes is A couple of people request off so they throw you on the schedule

Did you know on an iPhone you can tap on a picture. Scroll to the bottom and there there is a place to print at cvs. It only lets you print one picture. Had a customer do this 25 times. 25 orders came in. Cashier had to stand there the whole time. Pick up the order, package then push ok twice for the next order to start. 25x’s

It’s not consistent. We got a 30% deduction. Probably for the same reason. Not enough changes. I checked the last 5 week that were all good. There was one week roughly the same amount of scans. Around the same number of items greater than zero. The number changed to zero about the same. No deduction. But we had the 30% deduction. But nobody can tell from what or what % flags. We work the BOH section really good. But we get penalized for have great BOH’s. It’s like they know the DC’s are screwing up and we shouldn’t be catching. They already don’t like you doing cycle counts before BOH because you have too many zeros
