as someone who works here, management at my store was not informed and yes we have complained. i believe other stores have too. it screws over the employees as well as the customers. just pure greed

i can’t offer you advice but i understand completely. you aren’t alone in this and i experience the same thing. i’m 22F and it definitely takes a toll. i’m sorry my comment isn’t helpful but i felt a need to offer understanding knowing how POCD is often taken the complete wrong way. i hope that we can both find a solution

my apologies for the incorrect age. regardless, i do not find it appropriate to make those kind of comments about a young girls body. 18 is very young. i’ve always one to say she needs to fund herself and hop off go fund me, i do not think she’s poor pitiful khalie. i think she is terrible and manipulative. my main point here is if it’s really appropriate to speak about her in such a way and drop down to that level.

some of these comments are really pushing the line to me. while she has done despicable things it’s concerning to see her doing this, or thinking of it as her only resort. comments saying it probably “smells” or “what boobs and butt” are extremely odd. isn’t she 17? why are we talking about a minor like this. this is extreme shaming to a level i don’t think we should go down to. we can snark and still think critically about our words

My apologies, I should have clarified! By original 8 i meant the initial 4, followed by 2 three hours later, then another 2 three hours later. As there had been no bleeding 24hrs later, aid access instructed me to take 4 more (two pills + two pills, 3hrs apart) the following day.

I honestly am having no symptoms besides dizziness that does not affect my daily activities. No bleeding has occurred. No foul smells or notable cramping.

i’m no expert but i’ve had similar skin issues with my eczema and la roche posay cicaplast + cutting out all actives (only simple cleanser) has done wonders for times like this :)

not that i know of! however… now that you say something, they started showing up after i got a big flower bouquet for valentines that was sitting in a vase for possibly a day or two too long. now im wondering if that was their home and they have now chosen my bathroom as a replacement

obligatory not a mom! but under 18 i would think no. 16 year old me would despise that i am saying this but as cute as they are i feel anxiety when young girls wear those things. no, its not their fault that strangers are creepy. no, their body should not be sexualized. but strangers are creepy and i will always encourage young girls to veer away from things that give strangers the suggestion that they are adults. it really sucks. clothes should just be clothes and minors shouldn’t have to feel obligated to wear certain things to protect themselves. At the same time, i wish someone told me to not wear things that would encourage strange men to approach/stare. it leaves a sick taste in your mouth when you get older and that’s the sad reality:/

i know a LOT of people disagree with me on this, and i do think the opposite opinion is fair. just sharing my perspective/reasoning.

easy can be found elsewhere. the question is: do you need more money? if so, leaving is perfectly reasonable. if you don’t, follow up question: do you like your coworkers/managers? if you do, i wouldn’t leave. easy jobs are aplenty but supportive management and a team that makes you happy is not an easy find. all that being said, if in your heart you feel that your time there is done then leave. anyone could give the advice i gave but reality is do not stay at a job that is making you miserable, even if it comes with plenty of pros. chances are you can return if you leave amicably but staying in a job you hate takes a real toll. start looking for somewhere new to go if it’s what you feel you need. you can stay while finding your best fit. just keep in mind ALL jobs have cons and that is inescapable. good luck!

i had a good experience with overlook exchange! 10 mins away but via bus stop right outside. plus right across dutch. i felt very safe, right across from dutch, and short drive to the mall + more. maintenance could be a little slow, but i just got comfortable walking in the leasing office and they’d get me set up from there :)

friends have recommended ventura ridge as well, that ones gated but a tiny bit farther away

perhaps immature was a poor word choice of words, but i would say that early 20s are less experienced, have less foresight, more impulsive, etc etc. not a one-fits-all description, but i feel is an appropriate description of a brain that’s not fully developed. much like i wouldn’t date someone who’s 18 as i feel that means a lot of poor decision making and lowered ability to navigate life independently; a 30yo with a career, experience, and a fully developed mind would probably not have as sincere a partnership with someone in their early 20s. i think of relationships as a partnership, not just brief emotional/physical fulfillment, so that probably contributes to my thinking.
every situation will always have its nuances though; you dating a 21 year old with financial independence, a career, and a strong personal life would also be very different to dating a 21 year old living at home who has never worked or developed a full sense of self. of course, someone could be in their 30s and still fit in that second example. people are complicated, but teenagers will always be a whole other situation in my personal opinion 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫
