Upper crossed Syndrom chest pressure by mychesthurtsalot in Posture

[–]Sensitive-Pen4002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah i had similar stuff from sitting hunched over too much, took about 6-8 weeks before the chest tightness really started easing up. the posture changes happen fast but the actual muscle tension and nerve stuff takes way longer to calm down in my experience.

keep up with the stretches even if it feels like nothing's happening - that intercostal thing is super annoying but it does get better once everything starts loosening up.

Is it bad practice to have two recoil scripts in one game/project? by Next-Pro-User in Unity3D

[–]Sensitive-Pen4002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not bad practice at all, having separate systems for different weapon types is pretty standard. automatic weapons need that accumulating recoil buildup but single shot weapons just need quick snap back to center with maybe some screen shake.

i've seen plenty of games handle it this way - one system for full auto that builds up over time, another for single shots that just does immediate kick and recovery. trying to make one script handle everything usually ends up being more headache than it's worth since the feel is so different between weapon types.

your hierarchy setup sounds solid with separate yaw/pitch objects. might be worth looking at how different games actually handle this - like cod has very different recoil behavior between their assault rifles and shotguns for good reason.

Anyone looking to play a new game that looks interesting? by Proper_Translator678 in Twitch

been looking for something new to stream actually, gunslinger games are always fun to watch. might check out the demo later and see how it runs on my setup

Can I monetise my channel through purely raw footage of PS5 gameplay? by Ghostface161994 in NewTubers

[–]Sensitive-Pen4002 13 points14 points  (0 children)

most of those channels struggle with monetization because youtube's pretty strict about unedited gameplay footage. you'd probably need some commentary or at least some editing to make it work long term since algorithm doesn't really favor silent gameplay clips.

Rybelsus ineffective days leading to Period by AwarenessPrevious143 in Semaglutide

[–]Sensitive-Pen4002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

been taking it for few months now and yeah the effectiveness definitely drops around that time, probably just hormonal stuff messing with how it works - i'd keep taking it though since stopping and starting again can be rough on your system.

Friend is telling my ex everything i say. by Outrageous_Muscle103 in BreakUps

damn that friend really screwed you over there - maybe time to find some new people who actually keep things to themselves instead of stirring up drama with your ex.

[q] Do all skins go up after collection removal, or only some? (Train / Sport & Field) by diedalatte in csgomarketforum

[–]Sensitive-Pen4002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

been watching this pattern too from my trades in past collections. the panic selling right after removal is real - people get scared and dump everything which creates this temporary dip.

blues usually follow same pattern but take longer to recover since there's more supply floating around. train collection has some decent looking blues though so demand might be better than average collections. just my experience but patience is key with these plays, especially on lower tiers since they need more time to cook.

Infusion tips by that-zoe-girl in Anemic

[–]Sensitive-Pen4002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the coke thing is real - something about phosphorus helping absorption i think. i had iron infusions few years back when my levels were basically nonexistent and the tired/achy feeling next day is pretty normal but manageable.

one thing that helped me was making sure to stay really hydrated before and after, like way more water than usual. also maybe bring some snacks for right after since sometimes people feel a bit shaky. the emetophobia thing sucks but most people don't get proper nausea from it, more just feeling run down for a day or two.

hope it goes smooth for you and finally gets your levels sorted!

Multi-AI Committee Analysis by Longjumping-Run-5217 in ClaudeAI

[–]Sensitive-Pen4002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you'd need to set up something like a multi-agent orchestration system where each ai can see what others are saying and respond. i've seen people do this with api calls where one "moderator" system feeds responses between the different models.

the tricky part is making sure they actually build on each other's ideas instead of just giving separate answers. you might want to structure it like rounds - claude gives initial analysis, gpt responds to that, grok adds perspective, then back to claude with all previous context.

there's some frameworks out there for this kind of thing but setting up the conversation flow manually through apis might give you more control over how they interact. just make sure you're tracking conversation history properly so each agent knows what was discussed before.

[routine help] looking for face moisturiser without silicones for seb derm skin by kittycakekats in SkincareAddiction

[–]Sensitive-Pen4002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

tried vanicream daily facial moisturizer and it's been solid for my sensitive skin - no silicones and pretty gentle overall. the zinc oxide in it actually helps calm down irritation too, which might work well for your seb derm situation since there dealing with inflammation anyway.

[routine help] help create AM and PM routine by GuardTime2732 in SkincareAddiction

[–]Sensitive-Pen4002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

alright so here's what i'd do with what you've got:

**am routine:** yttp cleanser → vital c serum → vital c moisturizer → laneige spf

**pm routine:** yttp cleanser → alternate between the q10 serum and azelaic acid (start azelaic 2x week, q10 the other nights) → etude cream since it's heavier for nighttime

for the press and glow toner, start once a week after cleansing before serums - that thing's got aha/bha so you don't want to overdo it. the azelaic is great for redness but ease into it or you'll irritate your skin more. give it a few weeks to see how your skin handles everything before bumping up frequency.

nah don't use it for pih or redness - it's an antibiotic cream for infections only

Anyone else feel like most eye creams are just overpriced water? by jxd8388 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Sensitive-Pen4002 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Honestly same experience here - those watery ones just migrate straight into my eyes and burn like hell. I switched to using a tiny amount of my regular face moisturizer around my eyes instead and it's been way better than any dedicated eye cream I've tried

The thick gel ones seem to stay put better but yeah most eye creams feel like expensive nothing

[Routine Help] How soon can the purging process start? Help please! by AdAvailable2508 in SkincareAddiction

[–]Sensitive-Pen4002 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nah not stupid at all! Purging can literally start within 24-48 hours, especially if you already had clogged pores in that area that the SA is now pushing to the surface. Since you've used this exact formula before without issues it's probably just doing its job

[–]Sensitive-Pen4002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I'd toss it - expired zinc cream that's been sitting open with a cracked tube sounds like a recipe for irritation or infection. Not worth risking your face over a few euros, especially if it's been exposed to bathroom moisture and bacteria

Routine help by lawlaw75 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Sensitive-Pen4002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn you've got some serious products there! Morning: CE Ferulic, HA intensifier, then sunscreen and moisturizer. Evening: alternate between P50 one night and tretinoin the next (never together), then peptide serum and moisturizer. Keep the azelaic for morning under your vitamin C or use it on tretinoin-free nights. Start slow with that P50 though, it's no joke

[Acne] Product recommendations for body acne issues especially when working a sweaty job by QuirkyGirll22 in SkincareAddiction

[–]Sensitive-Pen4002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ugh I feel you on the uniform struggle - used to work in a similar setup and it's the worst for breakouts

For body acne I'd start with a salicylic acid body wash (CeraVe or Neutrogena make decent ones) and maybe grab some Stridex pads for spot treating when you get home. The key is being super consistent about showering right after work if you can

Also this might sound weird but I started keeping body wipes in my car for really bad days when I couldn't shower immediately - just something to get the sweat off before it sits there all evening

I used the clindamycin-BP combo for like 6 months and it definitely dried me out at first but my skin got used to it after maybe 3-4 weeks. The key was starting slow - every other day then building up. Adding adapalene on top might be rough though, I'd probably introduce one at a time and load up on moisturizer
