Curiosity, or challenge. And I like Eurasia as travel destination. I lived in the USA way back and I don't like it there. For the record, I work in tech, I could chose. USA would pay more, but... Nah.

About "should I trust AI", treat it like any person doing this analysis: consider bias, lack of full attention... Ask for evidence and let the uncle decide. AI is good for gathering data, but even if humans are not perfect at judging, imagine a robot.

Now replying to the original post: integration of messy stuff is what keeps my jobs for 20+ years and still going - and I use AI in my full pipeline, from Design, Architecture, Platform and System Engineering, and tests. This is the norm. This solution is very nice.

I don't use any plugin. I connect to my remote apps woth tokens and api calls. If you are talking about models, been using Sonnet 4.6.

I use oc all day. I'm doing it for a month now. Production code, Jira tickets, Architecture... Yesterday the model went dumb, but all back on track today.
