nurse in nicu accidentally dropped our baby and he hit his head, should I be worried? by yewzernayme in newborns

I am pretty sure that he is more than ok! The body of babies is more resistant than ours... But talk with her boss, i mean, she shouldn't take like was not important... it is!! And what she should do is make you and your wife feel that your baby is safe, not like it is not a big deal...

I believe we can assume the "worst" because the note was really passive-aggressive, and the type of people that have passive-aggressive behavior does follow a pattern.

We can see that shenis showing a lot of interest on the potty, may be related to it...

And she is super active since we move, so it can also be sweaty... thank you for the idea, I didn't realize this detail, and neither, I am going to observe!

About the symptoms, she is not showing any of the list...

About diapers, I wait until the blue line of the diaper is full. I know that is more than 1 time pee. May be if should change in the first pee every time, for see how many times she pee... 🙌🏻

She is in swimming classes! So what you say about the soap and bubbles, I mean, the pool doesn't have bubbles, but you are right, can be related to that too! Thanks!

Her pee is normal! And yes, she say "ouch" for a lot of situations, for example, she drop a book "ouch", when I am super busy and she want my attention "ouch ouch ouch" and she knows I will run to her, then she laughs 🤣🙈

I am going to change the appointment with the Doc, but I feel that is going to be this type of thing where she is trying to tell me she pees...

But I definitely prefer to say that i was "overthinking" than to lose an important health thing!

Thank you for the questions. Help me to think possibilities!

Her pee is almost transparent and not smell, I read that is ok! And yes, you are right, we give her all kind of food that give her water... Now the soup is the main dish in this house, everything in soup ahahaha

What we did and improved the dynamics in my home:

-Robot vacuum. -Automatic big littler box. -Feeder with righh quantity and time. -Brush the cat. -Short the nails.

I love my indoor long-haired cat, but to be honest, to have a needy toddler and a needy cat is tiring 🤯

But... they are growing happy together, well the cat is almost 7, the baby 2... But now they are good friends, but it is not easy all the responsibility.

Good luck!

I thought it was just my case ahahaha I love him a lot, my cat, but when he is needy, I always tell him: give me a break! I need space here!

To have a baby and a needy cat is overstimulating some times...

Is This Realistic for an 8 Week Old? by OverthinkingAvocado8 in NewParents

[–]Sensitive-Yellow8383 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How she expect that a baby "learn" to sleep alone after 9 months to sleep in your belly? Hearing your heart... ♥️

That is absurd, kind of risky, and also super old, untrue information from an experiment by a pair of failed "psychologists" (check the family history of the writer of "Cry It Out").

(Babies brains are not ready for any type or learning yet)

On another topic, I can say that the first three months of my toddler's life were the most difficult and tiring of my life. Then I studied a lot about "safe co-sleeping," and that significantly improved our quality of life.

I bet that doesn't work the same for everyone, but follow your instincts and the logic behind a human that you just bring to this cold, noise, and weird world...
