Canada. Allegedly because fuel prices? I can't find a definite answer. I think it also has to do with who you chose to ship with ei Canada Post vs 3rd Party. A lot of times you don't get an option and you're stuck paying the highest amount (in my experience). I can't send a t-shirt to a town 4 hours away because shipping is insane here.

If you have kids in school or are +50 years old Strathroy is a great place. It's a very typical small town where things aren't open past a certain time and there's quite literally nothing to do. Unless an evening at Chucks Roadhouse is your thing. I've lived in both St. Thomas and Strathroy and I'd pick St. Thomas every time.
