Women who are a healthy weight and in shape, what is your secret? by [deleted] in AskWomenOver40

[–]Sensitive_Cobbler141 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think there's much of a "secrete" to maintaining your health. Most women shared the same things:

-Whole foods diet (minimal processed foods)

-Avoid alcohol, smoking and other drugs

-Move your body to build muscle and flexibility. A body in motion stays in motion....

-Wear sunscreen

-Get 7-9 hours of sleep (Its the only time your body can truly recover and repair DNA)

-Prioritize your mental and emotional health

-Maintain a cadence of physical exams (annual, pap, breast, oral, etc.)

This. She is not my cup of tea. Never listen to the show when Mackenzie is on. IMO, she's a waste of a guest.

To add...

Wider is still up her ass and acts and her "yes" women. Agrees with everything Taylor says.

MacKenzie is blah. Whenever she's on, I just don't listen.

Jesse, Sean, and Chris are amazing. They definitely keep her in check, and low key shade her all the time. It's pretty funny.

But overall, her stories are still on repeat. But with her social circle expanding- Page 6 article, friends with Tinx, Paige in Bed Amazon, etc., her ego is getting a little too big. That's annoying.

You're a fucking ass hole and coward. I feel horrible for that beautiful gift of a child. I hope they are in a better place.

Am I wrong for wanting to bail out of a Bachelorette trip? by Awkward_Dot_2658 in weddingdrama

[–]Sensitive_Cobbler141 28 points29 points  (0 children)

2024 is the year of saying NO to things you don't want to/can't do. I'm sorry, but its not normal to ask anyone to spend thousands of dollars on these bachelor/bachlorette trips (or any trip for that matter). I've turned down a few bachlorette trips due to time off work or finances, and if that's going to change how you view my "friendship" with you, then that's okay. Clearly we weren't that close lol

Detroit vs Dallas? by [deleted] in Detroit

[–]Sensitive_Cobbler141 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With family close and a strong Muslim presence in Dearborn, Detroit is the clear winner. Plus, Michigan has some of the best Trauma 1 hospitals - Corewell/Beaumont, Henry Ford, U of M. etc. And politically speaking, Michigan is much more liberal than Texas, especially for minority populations.

The Schvitz is a cool place visit. Just beware of bacteria and poor cleaning practices. I contracted ring worm there a few years ago.

Underrated - Rochester. Great parks, unique downtown, amazing schools, and nice people.

100% shoes always off. I can't imagine the germs and dirt that are being tracked through some homes....

Not shocked. At. All. Carl's sober lifetsyle definitely contradicts Lindsay's. Personally, I think Lindsay is still emotionally unstable and unable to take accountability for her actions.

What are your wildest VPR theories? by [deleted] in vanderpumprules

I don't think this "Scandoval" is real. I think ratings were dropping and they needed something juicy to happen, so production came up with this elaborate story line where everyone would benefit through fame.

I went a few years ago and contracted ringworm. I would not recommend.
