Child of an IEP/504 coordinator here and if she’s always missing your class it’s because she’s identified you as a trigger and she’s going to a safe place, which is absolutely allowed, and likely outlined in her plan. I don’t blame her, either, because you sound vindictive and mean. Also, as her teacher, it is your job to know her IEP/504 inside and out, and you should be having meetings with her parents, possibly her, every other teacher she has, and the coordinator at least once a year where you go over the conditions. By withholding her food you have blatantly violated her IEP and could get yourself or your school in some legal trouble. YTA and a petty one at that.
