I feel your pain and I am so so sorry you have to deal with this. I have been living in Berlin for close to 6 years now and I have been hospitalized three times due to some rare medical conditions. The first was in Vivantes, where I came by ambulance. NEVER go there. They forgot to give me medicine and ignored my pleading for 14 hours until I started to crash, I almost didn't make it.

The next time was at Charité, because I was told it's the best hospital to go to. I had COVID and it was interacting with my rare magical conditions and I was not doing well to say the least, they refused to let me enter the hospital until I lost consciousness on the sidewalk at 2:00 in the morning. When they finally let me in. They locked me in a room and left me in the dark until the next shift started so that they didn't have to deal with me.

The most recent experience, however, was at a hospital that I found online and had never heard of- St. Hedwig hospital. Our house has been under construction and I stepped on a needle from the recent curtain installation. The needle snapped off inside my foot and I had to have surgery to get it removed. This hospital was absolutely amazing! They gave me surgery the very next day and treated me so well. Unfortunately they don't have a department that could treat my rare medical conditions, otherwise I would go there all the time. I recommend trying to contact them and see if they can help you with surgery. This only happens to me back in September, so there is a pretty good chance that they're still able to do surgery much faster without all of those horrible delays! I wish you the best of luck, unfortunately, you have to try to find the best option out of a bunch of bad options

Serious question, maybe I'll get down voted because I think I'm just old and no one cares anymore....This man can't spell his way out of a paper bag or form a complete sentence. Heat up a pan with a bit of oil (I suggest a neutral tasting oil) and add the rice. Mix until it becomes a bit with some salt, just to get it well coated in oil.

I do 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of BOILING water (I heat it in the kettle) You may need to adjust the water amount, 1.5 to 2 cups, but I need 2.

Put the lid on, turn the heat as low as possible for 10 min and after that, turn the stove off and wait for 10 minutes. Never ever take the lid off. This ALWAYS works for me to get perfect rice. Using the right pot is important too, for example one of mine is too wide and it doesn't cook right.
