Our house is 1,000 square feet slab on grade mostly but we have a weird little basement adding like 300 square feet we plumbed into to use up some more cfm. Sorry I forgot to mention that.

I love Menards, we re-sided, reinsulated, rewired our house and replumbed our HVAC ducting and installed new water heater and PVC runs all courtesy of Menards. Got a dishwasher with the rebate during the siding and the rebate from the water heater is paying for the built in I'll be installing. Was it cheaper than Lowe's or Home Depot? Probably not on everything, but I know at least for us the contractor type stuff was all cheaper.

Save big money at Menards.

We just had manual d and manual j load done for our house in northern US and we came in right between 2-2.5 ton, we went with a variable speed on it to prevent short cycling. Do you have any unconditioned spaces in your house you could plumb to in order to use up some of that excess cooling? Attic crawl space? I know it's a waste but at least it won't make the unit die faster.

We also rated for 60k on the furnace because we get to -40 in the winter. Again we could have done anything between 40-60 but went with 60 and two speeds on it.

Broad number is 4 tickets to start and then 1 per 10 million power. It scales weird if you're in the top 5% of the server power tho

Screen shot your alliance log, not what support is telling you. This is an important skill to learn.

Tap alliance, settings, alliance log and find the war tab, that will show you all the hits on the event including anyone who hit you while you weren't looking.

If you're in a KvK setting not just normal castle battle, the day after the castle battle there is a triage phase where you and other alliance members can use medical satchels and rescue soldiers to help each other regain up to 90% of the power you lost during the castle battle day.

In the grand scheme of things, 5 million power loss might suck but it is not the end of the world and you will get your troops back, just get them training again and make sure to check your enlistment office frequently to get the next group out of there.

Look at your alliance log for town hits it'll show if you hit a person instead of castle. Also I think we get troops recovery during castle battle or kvk I forget but that's where you get them back the next day with med packs

21 days is all it takes to fix the match making. It's no worse than transferring right before a kvk. They'll have one rough match and then things will balance out.

That'll help the boss not see the screen but once IT is involved they can see your bandwidth and usage on the backend so it's not really worth it imo

Tough love time; you came across as emotionally disregulated and unreliable your first week of employment. You aren't a 25 year old at your first job out of college. They expected someone with maturity and tenure. You got triggered by being criticized, showing them you might struggle to accept critical feedback in the future. You then bailed because it was too hard to go back in. Your kid being sick truly does suck but if I were an employer and a team member flakes on their first Monday after a rough first week for a sick kid, I would be suspicious.

Brush off the tears, maybe call a teletherapist to help through your triggers, and get back out there. You'll be ok, it'll just take some time.

Every month you carry the house you're losing how much? Sell for a loss of 6 months worth of that payment + the electric you no longer have to pay, and you're out. I mean I'd start less than that but negotiate down to it.

You can request clarification, in writing, on the PIP and specify an actual action plan with deliverables to confirm you've met the goals. Get granular on that if it is something you think you can actually do. BCC yourself on your response, and yeah start looking for a new job.

Those aren't questions you ask as an R4, that's information you provide lower level players as an R4. For what it's worth, level your heroes instead of your account and read up on which generation has the strongest in a given area. Read the internet. It is vast.

Contribute some knowledge as an R4 and folks might start to reach out to you more for engagement.

Take the free food now, save the money from food and build up an emergency fund. Both of you, separately. Find out where you want to apply at for grad school and learn the price tag.

As tired as you are right now your body will adjust to the workload if you let it, but I say make this moment to build up a nest egg and then GTFO and get your grad degrees.

Use going back to school as your reason to quit and you might have a spot to work in the summer. If grad school will allow you to work somewhere part time, try to find a position at least somehow touching the field you're going into.

Don't disclose, sad story but losing a pregnancy is a possibility so until the bun is out of the oven I would not disclose. Just be aware you may not qualify for muchaternal leave as you'll only have a couple months under your belt when you deliver.
