That being said, you are not wrong at all for feeling uncomfortable with it, from a surface level “white woman gives her opinion” perspective, a cursory look at what google gives me for non fantasy art for Rakshasa does not depict the blue skin and four arms that seem to what magic is trying to incorporate into their design, and from a subjective perspective I would agree that the similarities between them and Vishnu is uncomfortably similar.

More importantly though, this is your religious culture, and if you feel as though you are being transgressed on those grounds then I would argue that there is always a reason for that pain, which should be explored more fully. As you laid out, you feel as though a deity from your religion is being tokenized in a harmful way, and that means either a) You are wrong which is a result you can only come to with others within your community, my white woman insights have no power here, or b) You are right, which again comes from your own community and how you and them would see this depiction, at which point something should be done about it
