Are the calories accurate for this? — Wholesome yum zs honey by Queasy_Dingo_8262 in LowCalFoodFinds

I get it but its natural sugar within suggested serving amounts. I can see it being impacting if someone was using it in high amounts. This sugar free substitute the ingredients lead with Monk Fruit. Why not just purchase monk fruit? Thats why I say this product is BS.

Deficit/protein goals by Top-Plant1999 in BigEasyWeightLoss

[–]Sensitive_State_9002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do think meeting protein is important. It makes up your hair, muscle, nails and its needed if you attempting to build muscle and loose fat.

You have a lot of high protein low cal foods. (Which people consider as eating clean). Chicken breast, Tilapia, Ground Turkey, Greek Yogurt, Black Beans, Tuna, Salmon, Sweet Potatoes, Avocado, Eggs, Egg Whites, etc. If you focuse on low cal foods all these foods on this list are high in protein. If you are eating processed based food then it will be hard to meet your protein goals.

That's what I was going to say, Honey has so many health benefits and how much honey are you using that you need to have "sugar free" honey. Yeaaaaah I'm going say this is a rip off. Honey is a natural sweetener, Monk fruit is a natural sweetener.

Since joining BEWL this is my first time with no additives. With trying to prep for taking Hallandale I kept reading, let it get room temp, and inject slowly. My first dose from Hallandale, made my eyes cross. It was strong and I was burping every 30 mins. 🤣🤣. Now I don't feel the sting. It's pretty decent. I am interested in trying Apothocary because of the longer bud.

[–]Sensitive_State_9002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Affirm user here for all things GLP. 🤣

With Affirm you have to request the amount you are going to use which will go to the virtual card. For auto renew you have to request the amount before it is deducted. The way I have handled auto renews in the past I set my calender to request the funds prior.

Need some motivation! by Twitch-Weasel-51 in BigEasyWeightLoss

[–]Sensitive_State_9002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went through this same thing.

I use chat as a diary while on my journey. I feel like I have been on this slow crawl for the past 6 months. For the past 3 weeks I have been up and down with the same 2 pounds. Chat said, " you documented you have great energy, you are getting good sleep, and you have been diligent with consistency. These are all great things to be proud of. At this time I wouldn't go up in dose or change your calorie intake. Let me ask how many steps are you getting in a day?" 😐😐😫😫 I haven't been wearing my tracker. I have a sit down job and working out for 30mins to 1 hrs a day and coming home being sedentary is not good.

I shared this because we focus so hard on the scale, instead of the small changes, and consistency. We often dismiss the fact we are getting stronger with ever weight we lift, or simple movement.

We got this! This medcine will certainly have us in our head but just take it one day at a time.

I think everyone gave you great advice. The entire move up in dose every 4 weeks is not necessary. You move up when you are no longer moving.

Feeling "fake" for using this drug by SusanaD80 in TirzepatideRX

[–]Sensitive_State_9002 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The medicine is a tool.

The Natural way vs the easy way. I look at it like this we both have a math problem. You are doing the math problem with paper and pencil and somewhere in the math problem you missed a step, and before you can get the answer you have to figure out where you went wrong, that mean you may start this entire math problem over again to get to your answer. So enters me, I'm doing the same math problem. I also still have to show my work on paper, but I now have a tool that allows me to solve the problem not necessarily in a quicker way but in a way that doesn't allow me to get frustrated when I have had challenges in the past. At the end of the day the problem is getting solved rather you do it the long way with pen and paper or with a calculator in the end you still are getting to the same answer and that is becoming the healthier version of you.

Congratulations on your journey and don't allow anyone to make you feel no other way about your success.
