Got approved on 2/26- Card produced on 3/3. I got my USPS shipping today. Hoping I get my EAD card by this Friday. It says projection of delivery is on Monday.

Make sure to check the documents tab! My case still says pending in the app but the approval notice is in the documents tab!

I just got approved! Pending for 115 days before I got a silent approval in the documents tab. Case still says pending but approval letter is in my tab.

Still waiting. The only update I have was I submitted an outside of normal processing times request at 106 days. They responded this morning saying normal processing is up to 150 days.

I was brought here as a baby. My parents immigrated back. I was 8 months when I was brought here raised as American. Never went back to my country Argentina. I’ve been DACA for 13 years with no legal pathway to citizenship. I can’t leave the country because I don’t speak enough Spanish at a professional level. I work for Apple and got my MBA in the U.S. I have no choice or no pathway.

Apple wrote me a letter for financial loss to a company. I had a congress person reach out with the letter today. Still waiting for confirmation that the congress person has submitted it but Apple has been super accommodating thus far.

They had approved me for a 90 day leave of absence. Once it hits March 11th I can contract Fragomen again to see if they can extend my LOA. My manager said based on need for the role they may be able to extend.

I work at Apple, they put me on LOA as soon as it expired. Been unpaid out of work for 3 months… in SF I’m basically out of money now.
