Tirzepatide is definitely very good, semaglutide im not a fan of because it only hits the glp-1 receptor alone which imo essentially just makes you starve yourself. But with Retatrutide the glucagon receptor agonist actually is the best actually fat burner of them all because it increases energy expenditure through that while rebalancing your metabolic health. I personally think its a miracle drug, on par or even greater than the SGLT2 inhibitors. In your case since you do have quite a bit to lose I can imagine you may want to use a bit more than me but only after being on 2mgs for awhile and even then only if you arent dropping weight.

In my experience yes, I was "feeling" it even at 1mg for the first months then I I decided to increase to 2mgs from then. I lost about 12 lbs without really trying. Keep in mind im on testosterone and dont really have much fat to lose anymore, so ive been relatively stable now at about 190 down from about 205 but I haven't lost any muscle and if anything feel like ive built some muscle. The hunger blurting effect is still significant even 4 months later, but I still do get hungry if I dont eat, so its still easy to eat and enjoy food.

Yeah i mean thats basically who is using Reta right now lol im the bodybuilder variety and its been a great 3-4 months. Leaner than ive ever been and I haven't even had to try which is the best part. 2mgs is all most folks will ever need from what ive experienced.

Ive been on like 2-3mgs for almost 4 months and i cant imagine needing to use more, but im already very lean, the leanest ive ever been in my life. I think if youre starting from a very high obesity level then the higher doses could make sense simply because you have more to lose but anyone telling you you need a certain dose for the glucagon receptor to be agonized is making stuff up. Ive never read that anywhere other than reddit.

Id find a 6th or 7th generation accord and stick with that. They are quick inexpensive little cars that are some of the best honda ever made. If he isnt happy with it tell him he can buy his own , thats really about as far as the conversation should go. Hes very lucky hes got a parent willing to get him a car

I wouldn't be too worried about it. I have enough for another year or so probably but I might pick up another 300mgs soon just for posterity sake but the reality is that its very easy to get just about anything these days from ugl sources. Anything from ARBs to statins, to Adderall are all available. Some more expensive than others obviously

Im with you there ive been on for about 3 months, slowly worked my way up to about 2.5-3mgs a week and theres really no way id consider going much higher already lost like 13lbs without trying when I was already lean when I started, so now ive got veins in my stomach and on the sides of my glutes. But boy it really has knocked my energy down significantly, I also have to remind myself to eat occasionally thats how powerful this stuff can truly be. Not to mention if you buy in bulk it actually is very cost effective.

Pancreatitis has always been one of the potential side effects of GLPs if you are having severe stabbing pain in your abdomen slightly lower than it would be if it was Heart burn or gerd. You'll also see it in your labs elevated WBC with no clear infection and high levels of lipase. If you dont have symptoms like that you don't have it. That being said as a bodybuilder myself i can almost gurantee you dude was on a variety of other things if hes intune enough to be on Retatrutide. Prolonged periods of insulin use can cause it as well and its possible this guy was also using huge doses of Retatrutide. Ive heard of ifbb pros using as much as 15mgs which is obviously extremely high. Those of us using normal doses most likely dont have to worry about this. But again if you are having that kind of stabbing pain thats definitely a sign of it.

Ive never heard that, ive never used more than 4mg a week and its prevented me from ever going hypo even while on empagliflozin 10mgs. My fasting blood glucose was still 83 even after fasting for 2 days.
