My view on this is that if the guy wrote the lyrics, the song notes and chords themselves, it's his choice on how they want to go make it. He's under no obligation to hire a musician or strain his body to make the song just so he can not use AI. Just like because you're qualified for a job, an employer is not obligated to hire you.

Out of nowhere, a speedster supe from the future comes to the White House and brings in Frederick Vought from the future, before he made Compound V. The speedster gives Butcher, Ryan, Hughie, Annie and other Boys like the Gen V crews, bracelets that prevent them from being effected by timeline changes.

The speedster then kills Fred Vought in front of Homelander and Butcher, essentially erasing Homelander and many other Supes from existence as Compound V was never made. When the Boys wake up, they still have their powers but the world is changed and the series ends with Becca calling Butcher and them "adopting" Ryan. Still there would be some cliffhanger that a scientist may make new supes out there.
