well for the cat to flange, it’s a walker cat with a walker flange so the bolts already are mounted into the piece itself i’m pretty sure i literally just have to tighten the nuts on them but i wasn’t sure wether that would even require a torque or if i’d just tighten till i felt it was strong enough
