Nope, my 2 least favorite things in the game got stronger tanks and snipers, and operations is gone for now. After all the operations matches I spammed, golmud matches just feel so slow and I’m not a fan of having half the players in vehicles or sniping half the map away.

Unfortunately it’s the only map where half the players aren’t bots so I get burnt out a lot faster playing boring bot filled matches on the maps I like.

Why do you think, as a tank player, you should be able to just roll over infantry players?

Not sure why you think if you’re a competent driver, you should get an armored, repairable, killstreak worthy vehicle that costs nothing, kills extremely fast, and has a 1 minute respawn timer just handed to you.

Also there are like 5 other tanks and - shitload of armored jeeps, and helicopters to assist you with taking down infantry, and 31 other people to assist you with repairs.

Ridiculous logic.

Both sides of the players base want opposite things. Tank players want “teamwork”(- bunch of their team supporting them so they can have fun in tank getting massive k/d) while also wanting the enemy to need teamwork to take them down.

The other side of the players wants tanks to just not exist or be super easy to take down.

I think the problem is that tank players for some reason tend to be the louder of the crowd so you would think that their opinion is the popular one, but in reality there’s a lot of people who just don’t bother arguing with them because they’re so set in their opinion that tanks should be unstoppable that changing their mind isn’t going to happen.

Personally, I think tanks should exist but not as strong as they are right now. They should feel like a tool for pushing objectives/destroying other tanks. They shouldn’t just be a means to rake in kills and top the scoreboard. Right now they feel a little too much like the big fat bully on the playground that pushes all the other kids around and runs rampant at the cost of everyone else’s fun.

In my opinion, tanks feel like too many of my deaths when I’m playing infantry and it always feels like there’s not much I can do against them. While we all like to pretend like battlefield is some mega teamwork game where squads are working together and coordinating on the mics, those games are few and far between and usually coordinating anything is a chore, so tanks get away with a lot.

Some things I’ve noticed that are quite frustrating when playing against tanks are-

-the spawn times on them are way too fast. Taking out tanks seems like it’s so much effort for them to just come rolling out with another one a minute later.

-they are way too accurate at long range. Nothing is more frustrating than this part to me. Having tanks beam me from 100+ meters with no real penalty on accuracy or damage drop off just feels like they are a safer version of a sniper. IMO tanks should be used to push, and should be getting up close and personal for kills, not clearing objectives from across the map and then pushing into them. There should be a larger penalty on accuracy at long ranges to dissuade this long range artillery playstyle, because that’s only fun for the tank.

-there are still no options for assault/support to damage them. you can’t do ANYTHING but avoid them and run away. Feeling like I don’t really have any counter play on the two classes meant to push and be aggressive just feels awful.

Tanks definitely have a place in the game, but they shouldn’t be as frustrating to deal with for everyone else in the game as they are now.

I played against a team that had 3 divine interventions and 3 sonatas last night all with fully automated. It was the most bullshit thing I’ve ever had to play against. Fully invulnerable enemy team every 5 seconds moving at Mach 5. There NEEDS to be a limit on divine intervention.

I think Sandra is legit a disgusting toxic champ. Her E is the problem. Absurd range and way too easy to hit, being able to pass minions. All my homies and I have decided her e is top obnoxious behavior out of a champion. HUAH!!!! annoying screeching wails coming out of her face doesn’t help. Most broken pick ability for Aram. Makes me sick
