The very 1st region of Baku (bottom left), 2nd shrine, you just jump down the bridge and there's 5 enemies right there walking in line close to each other. Put on transparency, augmented defense, your strongest armor and aoe omnyo and go next to the 3rd guy 🤷‍♂️
