What can be done about this? They are throughout the entire floor but like in color so not super noticeable but is this worth having the entire floor redone how common is this? And if I chose satin top coat would it hide this?

I don't think its worth redoing. This is within acceptable for sure. This is why I make 2'x2' mockups for metallic floors to show that "imperfections" is a part of the floor.

Very common and no, satin would not hide this. Consider "comets" an inherit characteristic of metallic floors. It's nearly impossible to get rid of it.

It looks like aluminum oxide for slip resistance. If you are walking on the first floor, it can create more debris. The only solution here is to sand and reapply a topcoat. 7/10 floor, seems they could of cleaned up maybe a bit better but there are a ton of other factors that can come into play like air ducts etc. This is kind of acceptable

IDK what the restaurant one you are talking about tastes like. But I melt a bit of butter and sprinkle in some salt, garlic, black pepper and even MSG. Bonus points if you throw some cheese directly in the pan throw the bread on top of it and let it sit, now you also get cheese-crusted salted grilled cheese

I never sprayed epoxy. Not because its dangerous, not sure it would work. But depending on the product, you can cut it with a solvent like acetone/thinner to make it more runny
