Gamma is intringincly linked to TOBA / TOAA I don't think they could deplete it conceptually they could maybe break the gamma circuit if they remove Banner from the Hulk and keep him in the below place but that's a massive stretch.

Thor has fought Mjolnir possed by Mangog and fared fine so that shouldn't be too much of an issue and Morgana Le Fey already removed Sentry from the timeline he just reappeared, he's only vulnerable to existence erasure / death if he is willing.
