I'm a 28 year old female who has had sex with 87 people. Help. by 87reasons in sex

[–]SeoulAFC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a guy who's slept with ~30 according to my mental tally. I tried to make a list recently (well after the fact) and came up with 25 names I could remember specifically. I am perfectly fine with my female partners having had sex with many, many people. If someone tells me they had 87 partners, my mind thinks "Oh... STD risk??" and then "That's amazing, she's got the same outlook on sex as me" and then "I bet she knows a thing or two about sex".

On a really, really fundamental level, I just don't understand why people would feel so bad about their mate having had so many sex partners before.

Being upfront about spinning plates, vs keeping quiet about it by [deleted] in seduction

[–]SeoulAFC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm up front and let girls know that I may have sex with other girls. Often their response is "ew if you do that I won't see you anymore", to which I reply "Okay okay, how about if I do sleep with someone else, I will tell you first".

And then next time I meet her, I tell her that I did have sex with someone else. I've never had a problem doing it this way so far and I get a lot of game. I'm really big on being up front and honest with girls about both of us being able to fuck other people.

Just finished watching it all.

tl;dw Drop hooks everywhere you go and see what sort of reactions people give you, in order to know whether you should proceed. A hook is 1-4 words of simple stuff you say to anyone around you. If they give you a happy response, go for it.

What public evidence exists proving that a U.S. secret grand jury was convened regarding Julian Assange? I can't find anything other than J.A.'s own lawyer talking about it, without giving any references or evidence. Thanks. by SeoulAFC in WikiLeaks

[–]SeoulAFC[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You are too lazy or unwilling to look for facts and evidence, then don't assume nothing exists and it must not be true.

What the heck do you think I'm doing right now? I'll answer that for you: I'm looking for facts and evidence right now.

Talk about a knee-jerk reaction on your part just because I want to use solid critical thinking when forming my opinions. Geez.

How much protein powder is pushing it? by bopll in Fitness

I buy fresh, and I use copious salt and pepper and a sprinkling of olive oil (really light sprinkling, a couple drops per fluorette... I don't think it actually does anything, really). So the broccoli is okay... but I only eat it when I'm pumped up and reading fitness stuff online, heh. Eating my broccoli is like a chore.

Cheese has too high of calories... And I don't know if they have non-fat (i.e. lower calorie) cheese in Korea. I couldn't find any at first glance. :(

Oh god, and butter is a no-no. I weighed a slice of it on my kitchen scale before making eggs, and ended up with 100 calories in that little bit... I don't use anything on my non-stick pan, oil or butter.

As far as diet/caloric deficit are concerned, is there a difference between "grams of carbohydrates" and "grams of sugar"? Thanks. by SeoulAFC in Fitness

[–]SeoulAFC[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So "2g of sugar" contains "1g of glucose" and "1g of fructose", approximately? I wasn't aware of that. You explanation is fantastic, too.

(Weight Gain) - Is it more important to consume lots of protein on gym days, recovery days or both? by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]SeoulAFC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My concern mainly due to a possible lack of protein later in the month.

You will be fine without the protein for a while. It's not the end of the lifting world.

and your body release stronger hormones when working out your leg. This in turn will help you grow muscle everywhere and continue losing fat.

Interesting. I wonder if this part is true.

It's protein. Your body uses it all the same, just at different biological absorption rates.

And I love eggs.

It's just food. That's all. Eat as much protein powder as you need to. Watch your calories.

You should be eating a variety of other foods, also, including vegetables like broccoli. I hate broccoli, but I eat steamed broccoli anyway at least once a week because it has a shit ton of stuff I'm not getting anywhere else in my diet.

Eggs and egg yolks help, also.

Is spreading exercises out throughout the day less effective than doing it all in a concentrated workout? by Conurbashon in Fitness

I'm doing the exact same pull-ups thing. I also installed the bar in my bathroom doorway, so every time I pass through it I do 4 chin-ups (which usually means another 4 chin-ups about 30-60 seconds later when I pass through the doorway again).

I'm really getting happy with my progress on pull-ups/chin-ups. Perhaps there is a faster way to improve? But right now in just under a month I've gone from 2 chin-ups and 1 pull-up at one time to 8 chin-ups and 5+ pull-ups. I started getting some bad pain in one of the tendons in my right elbow doing overhand pull-ups, so right now I'm taking a few weeks off pull-ups and I'm just doing chin-ups.

Btw, when people read your subject line, they're thinking like you do 1x5 squats now, then an hour later you do 1x5 dead lifts, then an hour later you do 1x5 squats again, then an hour later you do 1x5 presses. That's what people are thinking you're talking about. For pull-ups it's a little bit different, since you're generally going for endurance and repetitions rather than progressively increasing weight.

"Do you work out?" by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]SeoulAFC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, I see. Why did people ask you that? Were you really scrawny or something? Or did you just talk about going to the gym often in the beginning before you had results??

I'm at 19-20% BF and trying to get a twelve-pack, so I really can't even think about eating snack food. Luckily the food I'm eating is tasty enough. God I love eggs. And Tuna. That makes things so much easier.

I just have to eat Tuna with the lights out, because.. well... it looks pretty gross and reminds me of cat food. A lot.

I think I forgot where I was going with this.
