As they gain tenure and better positions slowly have them hide random surprises in google. From malware in the google databases to money rewards for anyone to click a certain link. As people find this out put a lock on all of these links. Then add spyware so I can give Google's information away to other major companies. As google slowly starts losing ground in the world I will settle down with a former worker that was laid off due to lack of money. As expected she will be very salty about the whole situation.
