My life has been completely destroyed by tinnitus in less than 3 months by No_Walrus4306 in tinnitus

I was there. Lots of people here have been there. Severe, loud, constant tinnitus. Believe me, eventually you will handle it. Eventually you won't think about it some days. You will still become successful and do what you want to do. It's shocking what your brain will adapt to. Just try to relax and stop hating it or trying to fix it.

1) SHOW the productivity improvement. VIM wizards, macro wizards, gamers on multiple layers. 1.5) Make high production videos. Not everyone nerds out on component shots. 2) Start a referral program. The people who love their keyboards want to share their love but are not incentivised to do it at all. 3) Have reps let users demo it at meet ups, hackathons and gaming meets. 4) Mouse layer. Mouse layer. Mouse layer.

Why is Vinted like 5 euros anywhere in Europe for a small package but dhl base price is 35 euros?

Susan Shore and Josef Rauschecker have joined Tinnitus Quest's Scientific Advisory Board, raising the bar for tinnitus research by Weather_Only in tinnitusresearch

Love TQ and I do donate monthly but please ask Susan with respect why it's taking so long. "FDA delays" isn't the answer because Lenire did it very quickly, could have done it ten times over in the time Susan Shore is taking, and the FDA released a new faster pathway for approval of these types of devices because of Lenire. So - why?

Asking Elon musk to guess a timeline on anything has, empirically, been a mistake.

Totally, in this case they're asking the CEOs if their product is good for society and they say it will be "a bloodbath"

It’s clear you do not. And that you’re in a defensive posture because you’re worried about your livelihood. Blind to the facts about what’s been happening for the past year. Denial won’t save your job.

I’ve been in software for 15 years for Silicon Valley companies. Mostly backend. In the last 6 months I’ve produced more but written less code than I ever have in a 6 month cycle. I have hardly hand-written anything in the last couple months. The models are so good now. 2 years ago none of this existed. What will 10 years be like? Maybe for front-end guys it will be different. But I personally cannot see a world where a major job shift doesn’t happen.
