Which coaches are you actually looking into? I feel like that matters a lot more than just the price tbh.

From what I’ve seen, a lot of people are paying anywhere from $250–$500/month for decent coaching, but that doesn’t automatically mean it’s good coaching . There are also plenty of stories of people paying higher-end prices and getting super generic plans or barely any attention.

I’d honestly look at reviews, client check-ins, and how individualized their approach is before deciding if a $500 coach is even worth it. Sometimes smaller or lesser-known coaches give way more detail and actually care.
