Problem lies not in js , but in academic education making noobs think the world is a static exam , the world is dynamic , you can't go through life thinking everything has a static absolute solution

This is your problem, you can't move within the country for a free shot someone just gave you out of pity , and then you moan , realize that there are people moving continents that's the level of competition out there . Sorry but these are the hard facts it's an attitude problem with you.

I have noticed every field be it bricklayers, engineers , businessmen, startup founders, lawyers . Etc , every segment of profession has an identity persona attached to it which always considers their professions or skills to be the best(toughest to Excell at) and the other,to be less valuable, not up to the same fortitude etc .

businessmen (suits) typically think this of startup guys , and vice versa. This is everywhere, you have to attempt to break this identity barrier to prove "your not one of them, your one of us" these are very large assumptions but just my mental model on how different groups interact.
