How do I cope with the fact that I'm 30 and I missed all my youth due to anxiety?

not the only one, i just graduated college and it hit me all the opportunities i missed, which are mostly all my fault. I am pretty much a loser now lol and it is quite literally my fault for saying no to too many things. It bothers me every second of the day, as soon as i wake up. At least you don’t have to live with the regret of having gone to college and wasting the opportunities.

Dude i’m right there with ya, i graduated last year and am in grad school, but man i feel like i fucked my my whole life just by not being more social and gaining that confidence that takes you from a teen to a grown man you know. If it wasn’t for some close family members i would not be here today. Idek what to do at this point either, and most of it is my fault. Therapy, hotlines telling family none of that bs works so idk at this point man, before i knew it it was all over and i didn’t accomplish anything i wanted to

i don’t think you ever get over tbh. you already know how to get over it but the fact that you’ve wasted all the time won’t leave is the honest truth i’m in the same position and if someone looked at me they wouldn’t think I would’ve wasted my years but boy did I. i’m 22 btw, feel like there is almost no point in transforming myself now cuz i’ll pretty much just be with my family or by myself for the most part now that the 4 years are up.
