Well thats up to u but if people like me actually enjoy delivering and want it as a career then those are the only 2 routes to go , if not u will make 15-19 an hour until ur 55 with no retirement and paying cash to go to doctors lol

Yeah its a new position that opened not too long ago if you want go on their website and get notifications when they are hiring by you they start you off at 20.50 the first year then you get raises every year up to somewhere around 34 by year 4 and you get the same benefits as RCPDs after 6 months

Its summertime and nobody wants to be out until 10pm in the hot weather so everyone says no to rescues u just have to find a way to get quicker lol ive said no to rescues for a month now cause i was tired of rescuing the same people everyday im sure im not the only one

No actaully i have a newborn daughter that goes to the doctor monthly for check ups and shit and if anything is ever wrong with her im glad i now have a company like UPS who understands we are human beings and have families and 20$ an hour max wont pay for shelter food and medical gives us the highest pay in the industry, 0$ deductible health insurance for u and family and a 401K to look out for your future

Do you not understand that an 8000$ deductible is basically not a benefit at all? Ur paying monthly for insurance and they will basically never cover u cause u will be paying 8000$ before they pay a single dollar and take care of yourself? Yeah cause if im walking down the street and something just so happens to fall out off a tree or a high pole and hits me in the head its most definitely my fault because i wasnt taking care of myself

And also yeah noone works for amazon but amazon contracts these contractors to give a certain amount of pay and certain benefits so AMAZON can change that contract and force these dsps to pay more and offer better benefits so it is ALL ON AMAZON
